This is dependent on your access and what your building project entails. I.E. if you already have narrow access and will require machinery, such as earthmovers, this may be something you need to look at doing. Generally, a width of at least 1 metre and a height of 2 meters is required for machinery such as a Bobcat.
The easiest way to answer this question is to send a picture of your access ways with measurements to your builder or you can wait until your on-site consultation.
